New Ballagh
Centre is a community centre in Rossinver, Co Leitrim, Ireland.
As
well as providing a space for community activities, such as meetings,
including the Thursday Club - the Rossinver Active Age group, The
centre is also used as a training centre.
Exciting
New Computer Courses starting March 2012
A new
evening course giving an introduction to the internet is due
to start in the New Ballagh Centre mid-March. It will run
over 5 Tuesday evenings.

Thursday Club Planned Activities For Early 2012
Note that
the Thursday Club is always open to new members. You may come
along for a particular activity or event, there is no requirement
to attend on a regular basis.

Celtic
Flame Candles, a community based project totally dedicated to
supplying the highest quality hand-made Irish candles - made, finished
and packed in Ireland - is also based in the New Ballagh Centre.
A
range of locally produced craft products
is also available for sale at the centre.
New
Ballagh Centre is part of Rossinver Community
Development Company Ltd (RCDC), a registered charity. In the
mid 1990’s RCDC obtained a lease from the Church of Ireland
for the derelict Old Ballagh Chapel, a beautiful stone-built building.
With the help of various funding agencies and local skilled and
unskilled labour, the chapel has been tastefully restored. Some
